Thousands of people attended the Whitehaven Festival 2010, which began with singer Katherine Jenkins putting on a spectacular show on Friday, followed by rock legends Status Quo on Saturday and hip-hop band N-Dubz Sunday.
Katherine Jenkins perfomed a heart-rending song – Angels – in memory of those who lost their lives in the shootings, Keswick school bus crash and the floods.
N-Dubz paid tribute to teenage bus crash victims Kieran Goulding and Chloe Walker.
The event also included visits by tall ships, celebrity chefs, the Red Arrows aerobatic display team and The Extreme Action Jet-ski team.
Stalls packed with food from around the world lined the harbourside with visitors treated to paella, noodles, German sausages and Cumbrian ice cream.
